    1. If you are a new eTherapy client, you will need to complete all the following steps:
      • First, you will need to complete a Release Form. This form is an acknowledgement of our terms and conditions.
      • Then you will need to complete an Intake Form. This form is designed to give us information important to assisting us for your session.
      • You will then need to view Mary Ann's appointment calendar, and decide upon a first, second and third choice for an appointment. Mary Ann will do her best to get you your first choice, but you will need 2 back up times selected in case your fist choice is not available.
      • Finally, youw will go to the Payment Center hosted by PayPal to complete your transaction. All services will be listed. Click on the service you selected and follow the steps for completing payment. If you wish to sign up for multiple sessions, PayPal will remember your selection and wait while you add more to the "shopping cart."

      PLEASE NOTE: It will take up to 24 hours to confirm your appointment. Because of this, Mary Ann's calendar will reflect a similar lag time.

      If for any reason the appointment time you have selected is already taken, your credit card will not be charged until a representative from Woman to Woman LIVE! contacts you to select and confirm another time slot.
